Compensation is based on professional experience, reliability, consistency, performance, and continued growth within the company. Radiant Residences is a professional residential cleaning company, and we believe in doing things the right way. This is W-2 employment — not cash work, not independent contracting.

Our team members are employees. We provide the protections and responsibilities that come with legal employment, including payroll tax withholding, workers’ compensation coverage, and employer-paid payroll taxes as required by law. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete employment eligibility verification.

We aren’t looking for someone who’s simply willing to clean. We’re looking for someone who already understands what it means to care for someone’s home professionally.

• At least one year of recent professional residential cleaning experience
• Experience with recurring maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• A valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• The ability to pass a background check
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• A positive attitude and genuine care for both clients and teammates

Professional residential cleaning experience means working in clients’ homes as part of a residential cleaning company. Cleaning your own home, helping family or friends, or occasional housekeeping does not meet this requirement.

Professional house cleaning is physically demanding. You’ll spend hours walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, carrying equipment, and working efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of quality.

Some days are easier than others. Some homes are larger. Some jobs are more physically demanding. Our clients trust us because they know we don’t cut corners, and that means every member of our team is expected to maintain the same high standard in every home.
