  • Communications: Messages, emails, texts, and phone conversations between you and us, including service requests and feedback.
  • Service Records: Notes from our team regarding the work performed, and (with your awareness) before-and-after photographs taken for quality assurance and training purposes. These photos are handled confidentially and are not published or shared publicly without your consent.
  • Payment Information: Billing details and payment method information (processed securely through our payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers ourselves).
  • Technical & Usage Data: Standard web server logs, device information, and basic analytics when you visit our website (we do not use invasive tracking for behavioral advertising).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following business purposes:

  • To schedule, perform, and follow up on the cleaning and window care services you request.
  • To communicate with you about appointments, reminders, changes, invoices, and service-related matters.
  • To improve our services, train our team, and maintain quality standards (including limited use of service photographs).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers & Subcontractors: With trusted vendors who help us operate (scheduling software, payment processing, email/SMS communications, background screening if applicable, and insurance providers). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Field Team Members: We share necessary property access information and service details only with the specific team members assigned to your Visit so they can safely and effectively perform the work.
  • Legal & Safety Requirements: When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Radiant Residences, our clients, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction (we will notify you of any material change in ownership or use of your data).

4. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. This includes secure storage of access instructions, limited internal access to sensitive client data, and use of reputable service providers with strong security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Provide the services you have requested,
