Window Cleaning

Glass that disappears — inside and out.

Backlit clean glass catching the afternoon light.

Clean windows change a whole room — more light, a clearer view, a home that feels cared for. Our window cleaning goes past the glass to the parts most services skip: the tracks, the sills, the screens, and the hard-water spotting San Diego's water leaves behind. Interior, exterior, or both — done by the same team you already trust in your home.

Interior vs. exterior — and why most homes want both

Interior glass carries the day-to-day — fingerprints, cooking film, pet noses at the slider. Exterior glass takes the weather: dust, sprinkler overspray, and the marine layer. Cleaning one and not the other leaves the window looking half-done from the inside; together, the glass truly disappears. We'll do whichever you want, and we're happy to start interior-only and add exterior once you see the difference.

Tracks, sills, and screens — the part that's usually skipped

A window is more than its pane. Tracks collect grit that keeps a slider from gliding; sills gather dust and dead bugs; screens hold a haze that dulls the light even after the glass is clean. We vacuum and wipe the tracks and sills, and we take screens down, clean them, and re-set them — so the whole opening looks and works right, not just the glass.

Hard-water removal

San Diego's water is hard, and over time sprinkler overspray and runoff etch mineral spotting into exterior glass that ordinary washing won't lift. We treat that spotting where it's present to restore clarity, and can talk through what it takes to keep it from coming back.

Why clean windows matter

Windows are how a home lets the light in — the whole idea behind Radiant. Beyond the view, keeping glass and tracks clean protects the seals and hardware from grit and buildup, so your windows last longer and work better. It's a small service with an outsized effect on how a home feels.

Common questions
Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?
Yes — interior, exterior, or both. Most homes want both so the glass truly disappears, but we're happy to start interior-only and add exterior once you see the difference.
Do you clean window tracks and screens too?
We do. We vacuum and wipe the tracks and sills, and we take screens down, clean them, and re-set them — so the whole window looks and works right, not just the pane.
Can you remove hard-water stains from my windows?
In most cases, yes. San Diego's hard water leaves mineral spotting on exterior glass that ordinary washing won't lift; we treat that spotting where it's present to restore clarity, and can talk through how to keep it from returning.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year suits most San Diego homes — once heading into spring and once before the holidays. Homes near the coast, under trees, or with heavy sprinkler overspray often prefer quarterly. We'll suggest a rhythm for your home.
