The first box you unpack should not be the one labeled Cleaning Supplies. You should be able to begin settling in.

Vacant Homes and Access
Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning is designed for vacant homes.
An empty home gives us better access to the surfaces that become important when someone begins unpacking. Cabinets, drawers, closets, and shelving must be empty before their interiors can be cleaned.
When furniture, packed boxes, or personal belongings remain, some areas may not be accessible. We will review the situation with you and explain whether a limited scope, Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, or a later appointment would make more sense.
Water and electricity must be available during the appointment. The home should also be reasonably ready for cleaning, with personal property and construction materials removed from the approved work areas.
How We Prepare Your Home
1. We Learn What Is Changing
We will begin with a walkthrough, photographs, or a conversation about the home.
We will ask about its size, condition, access, moving date, and whether you are arriving, leaving, or preparing for a closing or handoff.
2. We Agree on the Work
You will receive a personalized estimate identifying the areas and services included.
Cabinet interiors, appliance interiors, Window Cleaning, garage sweeping, and other additional work will be listed when they are part of the appointment.
You should know what we are cleaning and what to expect before service begins.
3. We Prepare the Home
On the day of service, we will clean the areas included in the approved estimate.
If we discover a condition that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, we will explain what we found before changing the work or price.
The goal is not to rush through an empty home. It is to leave it ready for what comes next.

Its approved scope may include routine and detailed cleaning along with empty cabinets, drawers, closets, shelving, appliances, and other areas that become important when someone begins unpacking. We will listen to what is happening in your home and recommend the right place to begin.
- Do you clean occupied homes?
- Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning is intended for vacant residences. When belongings or furniture remain, we can review the home and explain what can be reached safely. In some cases, a limited scope, Standard Cleaning, or Deep Cleaning may be more appropriate until the home is empty.
- Do you clean inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances?
- Yes, when those areas are empty, accessible, and included in your approved estimate. Interior cabinet, drawer, closet, refrigerator, oven, and other appliance cleaning should be requested before the appointment so the work can be included in the estimate.
- Do the utilities need to be turned on?
- Yes. Water and electricity must be available so we can complete the approved cleaning safely and properly.
- How much does Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning cost?
- Pricing depends on the home's size, condition, accessibility, timeline, and approved scope. A vacant home in generally maintained condition may require different care than a home with heavier buildup or additional appliance and storage-area cleaning. We will provide a personalized estimate before work begins.
- Can Window Cleaning be added?
- Yes. Professional interior and exterior Window Cleaning can be combined with Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning when scheduling and conditions allow. Window Cleaning has its own approved scope and personalized estimate.
- Does Move Cleaning include junk removal or repairs?
- No. Ordinary Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning does not include hauling personal property, removing construction debris, repairing damaged surfaces, carpet extraction, pest or mold remediation, hazardous-material cleanup, or other restoration work. We will explain any limitations we identify while reviewing the home.
- What should I do if I notice something after the appointment?
- Let us know within 24 hours and identify the specific area involved. We will have a reasonable opportunity to review the concern and determine the appropriate next step. When approved work was missed, we will address it according to our satisfaction guarantee.
