What Standard Cleaning Does Not Include

Once service begins, we return on the schedule you have chosen and clean the agreed-upon areas. If your needs change, something requires more time, or another service would be more appropriate, we will communicate with you.

- Standard Cleaning is recurring care for a home that is already being maintained regularly. It focuses on the rooms and surfaces your family uses every day, including routine kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping, trash, accessible glass, and light straightening. Deep Cleaning includes Standard Cleaning plus more complete attention to detailed areas such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, vent covers, trim, baseboards, reachable walls, blinds, switches, handles, and accessible interior windows and tracks. When the little things have gradually added up, Deep Cleaning is often the right place to begin.
- Do I need to begin with Deep Cleaning?
- Not every home needs to begin with Deep Cleaning. We will consider the condition of your home, the areas you would like cleaned, and the level of detail needed before recommending a starting service. Our job is not to recommend the largest service. It is to recommend the right one.
- How often should I schedule recurring cleaning?
- Every family lives differently. Some families appreciate weekly visits. Others find that bi-weekly or monthly service works well for the way they live. The right frequency depends on how many people live in the home, whether you have children or pets, how quickly the home changes between visits, and how you would like it to feel throughout the month. - Yes. Recurring service is offered on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules. As your family's needs change, we can help you decide whether another available frequency would serve your home better. Occasional cleanings may also be scheduled separately, subject to availability.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- No. Many families choose to be away and return after the service is complete. If you prefer to be home, we are happy to work around your routine as much as the cleaning allows. We will discuss access and any household instructions before your first visit.
- Do I need to prepare my home before the cleaning?
- You do not need to clean before we arrive. Removing clutter and putting away personal items helps us reach more of the surfaces included in your service. We may lightly straighten accessible countertop items, but Standard Cleaning does not include decluttering or organizing. We will explain anything that would help us care for your home more effectively before service begins.
- Do you bring cleaning supplies?
- Cleaning supplies are included. We generally request permission to use the client's vacuum. Any equipment or access needs will be discussed during the estimate process.
- Can I add other services?
- Yes. Depending on your needs and availability, additional household tasks may be added to your estimate. Many families also pair recurring cleaning with occasional Deep Cleaning or Professional Window Cleaning. We will explain which work belongs within Standard Cleaning and which services should be estimated separately.
- How much does Standard Cleaning cost?
- Every home is different. Pricing depends on your home's size, condition, accessibility, the agreed-upon scope, cleaning frequency, and the time needed to complete the work. We will provide a personalized estimate before service begins and explain the minimum and any additional-time billing that applies to your home.
